Founded in London in 2011, Workshop Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster dedicated to making better coffee through thoughtful sourcing, careful roasting and long-term relationships. We work closely with producers, exporters and co-operatives, seeking coffees that express their place, season and producer while supporting the people and communities behind them. We believe great coffee starts at origin, and that quality, flavour, sustainability and fairer relationships should be considered together.
