Simply Honey is a small beekeeping operation based in Edinburgh with a passion for bringing aromatically rich honeys to the consumer. The honey we produce is like nothing you will have tried before.
They produce honey in small batches allowing for the flavours of different plants to be savored. They sell a range of single origin honeys from the City of Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian and Scottish Borders in liquid, set, cut comb, chunk honey and full frames.
In addition to producing honey Gino Jabber, the owner of Simply Honey, holds a master beekeeping qualification with the Scottish beekeepers’ association, is a Scottish Honey Judge and an accredited honey sommelier with the Italian register of experts in the sensory analysis of honey.
In addition, they run honey tasting experiences throughout the year to educate people on the flavours and story of the bees that produced it.
Similarly, they offer beekeeping experiences, beekeeping courses, and a range of advanced honey courses accredited by the Italian government and the Honey Guild of the UK for people wanting to become sommeliers of honey.
