Slow Food in Wales

The development of new Slow Food groups and membership in Wales is a key priority for Slow Food. Involvement in the Cambrian Mountains Initiative, at the suggestion of the Prince of Wales, already links us to a network of people and organisations that are working to restore sustainability to artisan food production in Wales. SFUK believes that its network of advisors, producers and consumers can play a key role in developing food systems in Wales.

More to come on regional events and initiatives very soon.
