What is Hogget?
Hogget is a rare delicacy. Hogget is sheep meat from an animal aged between 1 and 2 years. Kentish Hogget hogget has been dry-aged for 10 days and is as tender as a lamb yet with richer flavours.
The sheep are grazed on traditional wildflower meadows and reared with organic principles.
How To Buy Our Meat
Several times a year they sell some of their hogget. It can be bought as either a traditional half hogget for £75 or as a £35 selection box.
The meat can also be butchered to your own specifications.
To maintain chilled temperatures they use pure wool, eco- friendly packaging which can be reused or recycled.
