Ark of Taste Product - Double Gloucester Cheese

This Cotswold 'fondue' of sorts, is a satisfyingly simple supper for those cold, winter nights. 3 great ingredients served with some toasted sourdough.

Method:

– Grate the cheese.

– Mix together the cheese, ale and mustard powder.

– Place the mixed ingredients into an oven proof bowl.

– Bake in the oven for 8 minutes at 180°C, until melted and bubbling.

Serve with toasted sourdough cut into chunky soldiers.

Ingredients:

350g Double Gloucester

85 ml Brown ale

12g English mustard powder
