How Lucy got into producing Badger Face Welsh Mountain Sheep and why she chose this particular product
Lucy has been keeping Torddu Badger Face sheep for over 30 years. During the past 12 years, she has also been selling the meat from these lambs to friends, family and at local Country Markets, after receiving requests for the lamb.

The challenges that Lucy is facing producing Badger Face Welsh Mountain Sheep
Timing the deliveries for customers and using up all cuts of the meat have caused the most problems for Lucy. Luckily she has found a helpful, traditional, local butcher which has enabled her to carry out this part of the farm business.

Products that Lucy is offering
Lucy has a small traditional, family farm where she produces both beef and lamb – all sold either privately or through local markets, mainly in Abergavenny and Kington.

Lucy’s favourite Badger Face Welsh Mountain Sheep recipes
Lucy’s personal favourite way of eating her lamb at home is a good old Roast Dinner.
