How Janet and Martin got into producing Three Counties Perry and why he chose this particular product
Having moved to Herfordshrie in 1999, Janet and Martin set about realising their dream of producing beautiful, naturally grown food produced in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Herfordshire is the home of cider and perry production, and equipped with a 300 year old cider mill on the farm, it was an easy decision to continue this great tradition using apples and perry pears grown on their farm. The quality of their final product is essential to their success and this is achieved by sticking to the principle that “nature knows best”, meaning they only use freshly pressed juices fermented with wild yeasts

The challenges that Janet and Martin are facing producing Three Counties Perry
As with any producer who’s final product is so reliant on nature, the weather has a huge impact on the harvest.
