Tytania has been a personal chef to countless celebrities, footballers, royalty, and socialites throughout her 10+ year span as a chef. Prior to working with food, Tytania obtained a BFA at Parsons in NYC, studying fine art. Her philosophy is that nature and food can also be a canvas.

Early in her career, while working for a premier league footballer, she decided to obtain a nutrition certification to create a health and nutrition backbone behind her menus, recipes, and cooking. This created for her a deeper focus into food as medicine. Her work became more about how healthy food can enhance athletic performance, heal disease, and prevent it by turning people’s lifestyles around, reshaping the way people eat and think about food.

Tytania acquired an MSc in Food Politics in order to better understand the problems within the food system, and take these concepts further. She focused on understanding the obesity dilemma, studying how and why western diets went wrong. Many of these answers are found within how society is manipulated by the diet and food industries, and how corporate food giants have politized food consumption for people all over the world.

She is currently studying a masters in naturopathic nutritional therapy. Her goal is to find solutions to these issues through nutrition, the food system, and being a chef. Tytania is driven to incorporate how we not only eat to keep our body and mind healthy, but also our planet.
