As founder of outside events company ‘Provisio’, Lisa is dedicated to the highest-quality local food; words such as heritage breed, carefully sourced, slow food, regional distinctiveness, protected, of the land, natural and ethical – always formed the core of her business activities. Her style and attention to detail when delivering a high-profile event for hundreds, or a house party for ten, is always exemplary. Standards are exceptional, service will always be quietly professional, Lisa will always be there, guiding and working with her team to make sure things run smoothly – without a hiccup. This skill is transferable and something that Lisa is now offering in her new business at All Hallows, an AGA approved cookery school in Dorset.

In the setting of a wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Lisa will welcome guests to learn, cook, eat and stay. Her hospitality will ensure that people leave her Georgian farmhouse home with a greater knowledge of food and flavour, land and its bounty, rural skills and crafts and above all a richer appreciation of the surrounding landscape.

Working with Lisa is always focused and she strives to reach way beyond ‘acceptable’. Professionalism, attention to detail and commercial awareness are combined with warmth, good humour, kindness and an ability to share food, energy, enthusiasm and knowledge with all who come through the door – at an event or at All Hallows.
