Emilia has traded since 2009, run by food obsessed owners, who specialise in the very best quality products, many of which are Slow Food Presidia or Organic.

It is with Emila that you will find the original – and incredible – Red Cow Parmesan, Slow Food Presidium Mortadella, and the Black Pork Salami which is encased in Beeswax, alongside Percoino, and a array of other cheeses, truffle, balsamic, charcuterie and fine wines. It is little wonder that Emilia’s stall at Borough Market, Bianca-e-Mora, won Slow Food Deli of the Year 2014

All of the produces originate the area of Emilia-Romagna, in North-Central Italy.¬†Emilia Romagna and it’s regional capital Bologna has a long living link to the history of Italian food and today is considered one of the main food regions in the world for its unique communion of produces, territory, methods and traditions. It follows that Emilia Romagna products are often recognised as some of the most popular Italian products in the world: Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Parma Ham, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Piadina to name but a few.

Emilia trade at a number of markets – including Borough – and food festivals, but all their products are available to buy on-line. Visit them today for perhaps some of the finest (and Slowest!) food available in the United Kingdom today.
