We rear Billy Kids, previously a wasted by-product from the goat dairy sector, to produce a sustainable red meat. We rear all our Kids in a free-range environment taking every opportunity to balance their needs with the environment we farm in. We are nearly self-sufficient in water, harvesting all our rain water, we use solar to power our electric fences and we are GM and Soya free in any feed we use.

We try not to waste anything and so use the skins to produce quality rugs and upholstered furniture, all tanned here in the UK.

All our prime cuts have now been awarded a Gold Star from the Great Taste Awards and as such we have earned the title of a Great Taste Producer.
