    Dear Annie,

    Thank you for your email.

I can recommend for you to try Sheepdrove Organic Farm, who specialise in organic heritage turkey (however I am not sure whether they will be ready for you in time).

Two other places I can recommend are the Blackface Meat Company, who have a wide range of products and are very reliable and Copas Turkeys, award-winning for their quality free range poultry.

Unfortunately none of these are in Wales, but I believe shipping it to you wont be a problem
I hope this helps and enjoy the Thanksgiving dinner!
