New Slow Food On Campus group launched at UWL On November 25th we launched the first Slow Food On Campus event at the University of West London. Chef Alliance member Alessandro Grano performed a Cheese and Meat demonstration using a selection of Forgotten Foods products.

Slow Food on Campus 2012 Recap Universities across Britain, from Edinburgh to Exeter, have been embracing Slow Food and establishing further grass-root support in spreading the message of Good, Clean and Fair Food for all of the UK.

Over twenty-two campuses now have a Slow Food presence with university groups raising awareness of Slow Food’s ethos to a wider and ever-varied student population.
