Suzanne has always had a passion for food from an early age, in part due to her Italian grandmother, who naturally influenced the way she cooks to this day
She began her career at the age of 15 working two jobs alongside being enrolled full time at University College Birmingham, known for its high standards of teaching culinary arts.
Suzanne’s career now spans almost three decades in a range of professional kitchens & leading restaurants, as well as a five year chef proprietor role in Somerset.
Following a return to her roots, the birth of her son and a fuelled desire to take her career into something more personal, she launched her private chef business, Artisan Epicurean; Providing fine dining to a whole host of venues and homes across the Midlands.
Suzanne has been involved in Slow Food at a local level since Slow Food Brum was launched in 2017, supporting the Menu for Change campaigns and following their ethos in utilising quality ingredients, rare breeds and home grown local produce.
