Still with a passion for locally sourced produce and products, a founding committee member of the Slow Food Aberdeen City and Shire Symposium working with Schools, the one seed forward project and wider community.

“Popping Up” with SNEAP’s message of Seasonal, Sustainable, Scottish, Slow Food with Zero Waste all over Scotland with a range of events, projects, training, development and consultancy.  Current projects include a Seafood Restaurant and a Steak House with an underlying SNEAP ethos.

With RUTABAGA creating some Sommelier, Whisky Ambassador Packages and lists with Wines, Craft Beers and Spirits inc Scottish Malt Whisky Society, Alliance Wine, Fierce Beer.
