Jack Botha is a professionally trained young chef, born on the Isle of Wight. Now  head chef at ‘Native’, Covent Garden; Jack’s food always adapts to reflect the seasons of Great Britain and his cooking style constantly emulates the rustic, earthy flavours of England and the UK, along with influences from North Africa, Italy and  France.

His formative training was at the award winning cookery school at River Cottage, on the Dorset/Devon border and has been passionate about quality ingredients and sustainable, seasonal and organic food and farming ever since.

Native is a new restaurant focusing of wild game, foraged foods and seasonal British produce.
