My role as Executive Chef at Glenapp Castle since May 2016 has been to build upon the very high standards that have been set in the hotel’s kitchen. I oversee the creation of our daily changing menus while working hard to source the very best local produce.
I chose Glenapp after a conversation with Paul Szkiler (the owner) about the future plans for the hotel. It is turning out to be an exciting time at the hotel and I would not want to miss the opportunity to help those plans become reality.
As a chef I began straight from school working for a family owned hotel chain in Dumfries and Galloway.  After 13 years I left their employment and began working in a small Michelin Starred restaurant in South West Scotland and remained there for 13 years before moving to Glenapp.
