We are Colin Stewart and Sharon Forman, a couple of die-hard foodies from Nottingham who love to talk, eat, breathe, grow and occasionally cook food.
We’re only interested in ‘good’ and ‘clean’ food, and we believe producers should work under fair conditions and receive a fair price for their product. Slow Food shares these beliefs AND emphasizes the enjoyment of food, the conviviality and the deep, deep joy that time spent together around the table brings. We sometimes wish everything could be slow, not just food!
