Slow Food Cornwall is lead by the local chef, Sanjay Prosenjit. Sanjay is passionate about local produce and fish, and when not creating delectable dishes he volunteers at the Maritime Heritage Museum to help educate children about Cornwall’s fishing tradition. Slow Food Cornwall recently held a Slow Fire event foraging for local food during the day, and cooking together over a campfire in the evening.
