In London, Richard Corrigan has recently launched a menu utilising products from Slow Food UK’s Forgotten Foods/Ark of Taste alongside other seasonal British products at his restaurant, Corrigan’s Mayfair. Jersey Royal potatoes, pheasant and Dover Sole are just some of the delicious items featured on the menus. As quoted in an article for Big Hospitality, Corrigan, “The Ark of Taste is a brilliant way to flag the importance and value of so many delicious foods and I’m proud to play a small part in growing the audience for this initiative.”
The food at Corrigan’s Mayfair evokes Richard Corrigan’s rural roots; dishes are prepared simply to showcase the excellent quality of the ingredients.
