National Events
Slow Food UK works to raise the profile of producers who share and fit our ethos of fantastic quality, local, seasonal and traditional foods which are all produced in a sustainable way. Through our presence at national events and awards such as the BBC Good Food Shows and the Good Housekeeping Small Producer Awards we aim to highlight the work of these dedicated small producers as well as spreading our message to the wider public. We work with BBC Haymarket to offer bursaries and subsidised stands for small producers to attend.
National Events
Participating chefs from the Chef Alliance will be creating special Slow Food menus and creating recipes using Ark of Taste products.
