From her home county of Dorset she has built lasting relationships with trusted producers and suppliers, offering an abundance of ingredients from the coast and rich pastures of this beautiful region.
Lisa founded Provisio ten years ago, with the emphasis of creating bespoke menus and outstanding hospitality at any venue of our clients’ choice, whether it be a rustic barn, imposing castle or a picnic by the seaside.
It was a natural choice to join the Slow Food movement over five years ago and from the outset Lisa was involved with organising events to local farms. She is currently deputy leader and enjoys cooking for the group at meetings.
Along with her husband Stuart, they are developing a small herd of Devon Red Ruby cattle primarily for use within the catering company. Devon’s are prized for their marbled beef with little inputs and are recognized in the Slow Food Ark of Taste.
