Craig Mckend
Craig is passionate about local suppliers and seasonal eating – his aim is to create food which gives us a better link to nature and the abundant produce around us.
Craig McKend started his career at the award winning Hallgarth Golf and Country Club near Darlington and since then has worked in numerous kitchens including The Bishops House Restaurant, The Canons’ Gait and Edinburgh Larder Bistro. Craig now heads up the kitchen at The Cumberland Bar, serving upmarket pub dishes using seasonal and local produce.
