Special Slow Food menus during Slow Food Week
Up and down the UK, Slow Food UK Chef Alliance members will be offering a special menu throughout Slow Food UK Week, in which they included several Forgotten Foods.England
- Richard Corrigan, from Corrigan’s Mayfair, included in his menu Aylesbury Duck, Smoked Haddock and Morecambe Bay Shrimps.
- William Drabble, from 7 Park Place, included in his menu Gloucester old spot pork, Formby asparagus and Herdwick lamb.
- Marcellin Marc, from Clos Maggiore, included in his menu Jersey Royal Potatoes, Grimsby Smoked
